It is the responsibility of the traveler to print out or save this information on their mobile phone in order to provide it when requested by security services at check-in in a digital format This ensures your presence in passenger screening processes. The Passenger Locator Form must be completed online up to 72 hours prior to departure, whereupon an electronic passenger health monitoring file (HES code) will be created. The Passenger Locator Form will be required for everyone who enter Turkey. The Passenger Locator Form is a new declaration that will become mandatory on all flights to and from Turkey. When arriving in the United Kingdom crew members' baggage may be checked for illegal goods regardless of whether they have declared them or not. Transit passengers must also fill out a locator whether they require further processing at London airports' service desks. NOTE: It is important that you keep all documentation in case it is requested by authorities when you arrive in the United Kingdom. Important information about UK Passenger Locator Form A period of 24 hours is required by law for completing the form properly upon submission at a designated police station. The Passenger Locator Form requests limited personal data from travelers and details pertaining to their visit including contact information, a destination in the United Kingdom, port of departure from the UK, and total duration. All passengers entering the United Kingdom are required to complete a Passenger Locator Form which includes name, address, nationality, country of residence, passport details, and contact information.
